Jackson Party Bus and Charter Bus Rentals
Shreveportpartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company, not a motor carrier, and not a transportation provider. The whole point of this site is simple: instead of spending an afternoon calling transportation companies one by one, describing your trip over and over, and waiting on callbacks with quotes that never quite line up, you fill out one quick online form and instantly compare vehicles and rates from a large network of bus companies serving Jackson and the surrounding region. You get options — different vehicle types, different capacities, different price points — all in one place, with no account required and no obligation to book.
Whether you're moving 14 guests from a hotel block to a wedding venue on Lakeland Drive, or coordinating fan travel to a JSU home game at Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium, this site connects you to buses that fit your headcount and your budget. A support team is available every day of the year at 318-888-0670 to walk you through the options, answer every question, and put together a package that actually works for your specific trip.

Your Jackson Bus Rental With Popular Amenities
Not every trip calls for the same setup. A 25-passenger party bus typically comes with perimeter seating, a full-length bar area, color-changing LED lighting, flat-panel TVs, and Bluetooth sound — built for birthday nights and bachelorette crawls through Fondren and Downtown Jackson. A Sprinter van or Sprinter limo is a sharper fit for executive airport transfers or small wedding parties, with premium leather seating, individual reading lights, and USB charging at every position.
For convention shuttles at the Jackson Convention Complex or long hauls down I-20, a full-size charter bus brings reclining seats, climate control, overhead storage, and onboard restrooms so nobody's counting rest stops. Amenities vary by vehicle, and you can compare them side by side right on this site.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders
TVs and Entertainment Systems
Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 318-888-0670 before booking.
Compare Jackson Party Bus Prices for Any Group
Jackson party bus rental prices shift based on the vehicle type, the date, how many hours you need, and demand around major local events. As a general planning range: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekdays; a 25-passenger party bus comes in around $250–$375 per hour on weekends; a full charter bus typically lands in the $200–$350 per hour range. Per-day packages are also available.
These are planning ranges to help you budget — not a quote or a guarantee. A quote for your specific date, headcount, and route takes about a minute to pull up.
Call 318-888-0670 any time for a free, no-obligation price quote, or use the online tool for instant results. Check the party bus prices page for a deeper look at what drives the final rate.

More Choices on Jackson Party Buses, One Search
Jackson has a handful of local bus companies, and calling each one separately — describing your trip from scratch on each call, waiting for a callback, then trying to compare quotes that were built on completely different assumptions — is genuinely exhausting. Shreveportpartybuscompany.com replaces that process entirely. You share your trip details once, and you immediately see different vehicle options with real pricing from providers serving the Jackson area. No account needed.
No pressure to commit.
That's actually the best part about this site not being a bus company: you're never limited to one fleet. If a 25-passenger party bus is sold out for your date, there are other options to compare right there. If your headcount grows by a dozen, you can switch to a 40-passenger party bus without starting over.
The site works any time of day, every day of the year — and when you'd rather talk to a person, 318-888-0670 is always available. From JSU football tailgates at Veterans Memorial Stadium to corporate shuttle runs between the Jackson Convention Complex and the Hilton on East County Line Road, Shreveportpartybuscompany.com connects your group to transportation that actually fits what you're planning.
Jackson Party Bus Services
Whatever brings your group together in Jackson — a Medgar Evers homecoming weekend, a bachelorette crawl through Fondren, a school field trip to the Mississippi Museum of Natural Science, or a wedding reception at The Arbor — there's a vehicle in the network sized and equipped for it. Call 318-888-0670 or fill out the quick form to get started right now.

Jackson Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport (JAN) (100 International Dr, Jackson, MS 39208) sits about 10 miles east of Downtown Jackson off I-20, and surface-lot parking currently runs $10–$22 per day depending on the lot. For a group of 12 flying in together for a corporate conference or a wedding weekend, that adds up fast before anyone even reaches the hotel. A private airport shuttle bus meets your group curbside at the Arrivals level — passengers gather at baggage claim, the coordinator confirms the group is assembled, and the bus pulls to the commercial vehicle lane for loading.
No splitting into rideshares, no coordinating five separate Ubers from the cell phone lot, no parking charges stacking up across the week. JAN handles a small enough volume that coordination is genuinely straightforward compared to larger metro airports, but the terminal does get congested during morning peaks when Southwest and American departures stack up. Call 318-888-0670 to build your airport transfer around your exact flight times.

Jackson Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Fondren is Jackson's creative neighborhood — a walkable stretch of restaurants, bars, and small venues along Old Canton Road and Fondren Place that's become the go-to for bachelorette nights in the metro. Popular stops include Fenian's Pub (901 E Fortification St), Babalu Tacos & Tapas (622 Duling Ave), and Apothecary at Brent's Drugs (655 Duling Ave) for cocktails in a restored soda fountain space. The catch: Fondren's parking is limited on weekend nights, street spots on Duling and Old Canton fill by 8 p.m., and the back lots at the strip can get chaotic when multiple bars are at capacity simultaneously.
A Jackson bachelorette party bus staging nearby lets your group move between stops without circling for parking at every one. For groups wanting to extend the night into Downtown Jackson — hitting venues on Capitol Street — the bus makes the transition seamless instead of everyone splitting into different rideshares and regrouping at the next place. Call 318-888-0670 and tell the team your stops; they'll help you build the route.

Jackson Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the cleanest ways to make a Sweet 16 or quinceañera entrance feel like an event in itself — and Jackson has no shortage of reception venues where that entrance lands. Popular event spaces like The Ivy, The Station at Cotton Mill (1900 N West St, Jackson, MS 39202), and Old Capitol Inn (226 N State St, Jackson, MS 39201) are all in areas where downtown surface lots and on-street parking are either paid or limited on weekend evenings. A Jackson birthday party bus rental keeps all the guests — especially teens — together and on schedule, with the bus staging at the venue for the duration of the reception rather than everyone scattering to find parking and then driving home afterward.
For adult milestone birthdays taking the group to a dinner in the Renaissance at Colony Park area or a late night in Fondren, a 20- or 25-passenger party bus seating is the practical fit. LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and perimeter seating mean the celebration starts the moment everyone boards. Call 318-888-0670 to check availability for your date.

Jackson Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The two biggest concert and event venues in Jackson are Thalia Mara Hall (255 E Pascagoula St, Jackson, MS 39201) in the heart of downtown and Mississippi Coliseum (1207 Mississippi St, Jackson, MS 39202), which seats roughly 8,000 for concerts and sits just north of the Fairgrounds off High Street. On event nights at the Coliseum, street parking in the surrounding residential blocks fills up early, and the walk from remote spots to the main entrance adds up — especially in the summer heat. A Jackson concert bus rental drops your group at the venue entrance and stages nearby for pickup when the show ends, so nobody is hiking back to the car at midnight.
For Thalia Mara Hall, surface lots on Pascagoula Street fill before doors on sold-out nights, and the two-block walk from nearby garages on Lamar or Commerce Street is manageable — but not when it's raining. A minibus keeps the group together from the restaurant to the hall to the after-venue stop, all on one flat rate. Call 318-888-0670 to lock in your event night.

Jackson Corporate Event Transportation
The Jackson Convention Complex (105 E Pascagoula St, Jackson, MS 39201) anchors the downtown convention corridor and sits about three blocks from the Hilton Garden Inn and the Marriott on East County Line Road — which is where most conference attendees stay. The issue: that's not three walkable blocks in August Mississippi heat, and rideshare availability in downtown Jackson during major conference days can be unreliable. A Jackson corporate charter bus runs a shuttle loop between the hotel block and the convention center on a fixed schedule, keeping your team on time without anyone standing on Pascagoula Street waiting for a surge-priced Lyft.
For team-building days that take employees off-site — to Belhaven or Fondren for lunch and back, or to a facility across town — a minibus is the practical pick, with overhead storage for laptops and bags, climate control, and enough room that your team actually arrives together. Call 318-888-0670 to discuss a shuttle contract or a one-day corporate package.

Jackson Private Event Transportation Services
The Mississippi State Fair runs for 10 days each October at the Mississippi State Fairgrounds (1207 Mississippi St, Jackson, MS 39202), drawing 600,000+ visitors to a campus that shares its parking footprint with Mississippi Coliseum events happening simultaneously. High Street and Gallatin Street back up significantly during Fair peak hours — Friday and Saturday evenings especially — and the lot situation at the Fairgrounds rewards early arrivals and punishes anyone who shows up after 6 p.m. A private Jackson charter bus makes fair attendance with a large family group or company outing genuinely manageable: one vehicle, one drop-off at the main gate, one pickup time coordinated in advance.
For family reunions hitting multiple spots — a morning at the Mississippi Museum of Natural Science, lunch in Fondren, an evening at the Fairgrounds — a charter bus keeps the whole extended group on the same itinerary without a caravan of eight vehicles trying to stay together on I-55. Call 318-888-0670 for group event packages.

Jackson Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Jackson-area high schools — including Murrah, Provine, Callaway, and St. Andrew's — hold proms between late April and mid-May, which is the single busiest booking window of the year for party buses in Hinds County. High school prom demand spikes hard across a very compressed stretch of dates, and the buses that fit a prom group (typically 15–30 passengers) get claimed months in advance. Waiting until March for a mid-May prom date is a real risk — you may find limited availability or weekend rates at the high end of the range.
Book by January if your date is in April or May. Jackson State University Homecoming in October draws alumni back to campus for a full weekend of events centered around Veterans Memorial Stadium, and charter bus demand spikes during that window too. A Jackson prom party bus rental keeps the group together from pre-party to venue to post-event stop, on schedule, and without anyone worrying about a designated driver situation.
Call 318-888-0670 as early as possible to lock in your date.

Jackson School Event & Field Trip Transportation
The metro Jackson area has dozens of public and private schools that run field trips throughout the year to destinations including the Mississippi Museum of Natural Science (2148 Riverside Dr, Jackson, MS 39202), the Mississippi Children's Museum (2145 Museum Blvd, Jackson, MS 39202), and the Old Capitol Museum (100 S State St, Jackson, MS 39201). All three of those venues sit in areas where school bus and commercial vehicle staging is managed carefully — the Museum Boulevard campus in particular was built with group arrival logistics in mind, with a dedicated parking and drop-off loop for oversized vehicles. For student-athletes traveling to away competitions across the state, or university student groups making day trips to New Orleans or Memphis, a full-size Jackson school charter bus rental with overhead storage, onboard restrooms, and reclining seats is considerably more comfortable than a standard yellow bus for trips over an hour.
ADA-accessible vehicles are available in the network — mention it when you request your quote. Call 318-888-0670 to get pricing for your school group.

Jackson Sporting Event Transportation
Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium (2531 N State St, Jackson, MS 39216) — home of Jackson State University Tigers football — holds 60,492 at capacity and is one of the largest stadiums in the state. JSU Homecoming weekend in October regularly draws 40,000+ fans to North State Street, and the stadium's surface lots fill hours before kickoff. The nearest on-site parking runs $10–$20 per vehicle on major game days, and the walk from overflow lots along Pascagoula Street or the Fairgrounds area is over half a mile each way.
A Jackson charter bus for a JSU game drops your tailgate group in the stadium's commercial vehicle lanes and stages until the final whistle — your group walks to the bus, not to a lot three blocks away. For Braves games if your group is making the trip up to Trustmark Park in Pearl (1 Braves Way, Pearl, MS 39208) off Pearson Road, the short stretch from I-20 to the ballpark backs up after the first pitch on Friday nights; a minibus handles the approach without anyone stuck in that jam looking for the overflow lot. Call 318-888-0670 for game day group quotes.

Jackson Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Coordinating guest transportation in Jackson requires thinking across a wide geographic spread. Many reception venues — The Arbor in Ridgeland, Mynelle Gardens (4736 Clinton Blvd, Jackson, MS 39209), and properties along the Ross Barnett Reservoir — are 15–25 minutes apart from the downtown hotel corridor where most out-of-town guests stay. Without a shuttle, guests are either driving after a reception or paying surge-priced rideshares at 10 p.m. on a Saturday night when availability in the metro is genuinely thin.
A Jackson wedding shuttle bus runs a loop between the hotel block, the ceremony venue, and the reception site on a fixed schedule — guests don't have to think about it, and you don't have to worry about late arrivals holding up the timeline. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the natural fit for the wedding party on the day itself, moving the bridal party between getting-ready locations, the ceremony, and portraits without anyone cramming into a sedan. Call 318-888-0670 to build your wedding day transportation plan from the hotel block to the final send-off.

Jackson Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Mississippi's wine country is closer to Jackson than most locals realize. Old South Winery (65 S Concord Ave, Natchez, MS 39120) is about 90 miles southwest — a full day-trip distance that's genuinely comfortable on a charter bus but a long haul to ask anyone to drive after a tasting. Closer in, Cathead Distillery (602 Congress St, Jackson, MS 39202) in downtown Jackson offers distillery tours and a tasting room that's become a regular first stop on Jackson craft crawls.
Pair it with Lucky Town Brewing (2200 N State St, Jackson, MS 39202) near the Fondren corridor and Apothecary at Brent's Drugs for cocktails, and you've got a full afternoon-to-evening circuit without anyone touching a steering wheel. The Fondren and Midtown blocks that anchor most Jackson bar crawls have almost no dedicated parking for private vehicles on weekend nights — a Jackson winery tour bus rental staging nearby is the practical solution. One vehicle, one flat rate, no parking arithmetic at every stop.
Call 318-888-0670 to price out your route.

How does this website work?
Shreveportpartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Shreveportpartybuscompany.com?

It is not a bus company, a motor carrier, or a transportation provider — it does not own vehicles or operate trips. The site gives you a fast, free way to compare party bus, minibus, and charter bus options from a large network of providers serving Jackson and the surrounding area.
You share your trip details once, see different vehicle types and price ranges side by side, and find what fits your group — without calling a dozen companies separately.
How does Shreveportpartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup location, destination — into the online quote form. In seconds, you'll see available vehicle types and pricing ranges from providers serving your area. If you'd rather talk through the options, call 318-888-0670 any time.
A support team is available every day of the year to go over the available buses, help you compare packages, and answer every question you have. No account required, no obligation to book.
How much does a party bus cost in Jackson?
Jackson party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle type, the day of the week, hours needed, and how close your date is to a high-demand event like JSU Homecoming or Mississippi State Fair weekend. As general planning ranges: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275/hour on weekdays; a 25-passenger party bus lands around $250–$375/hour on weekends; a full charter bus typically comes in at $200–$350/hour. These are ranges, not quotes — a quote for your exact trip takes about a minute to pull up.
Call 318-888-0670 or use the online form to get your pricing.
Do I need to create an account to get a quote?
No account required, ever. You can fill out the online quote form or call 318-888-0670 at any time — day or night, any day of the year — and get pricing without signing up for anything or committing to a booking. The form takes under a minute to complete, and results come back quickly.
What's the best vehicle for a JSU tailgate group?
It depends on headcount. For groups of 15–35, a minibus is a comfortable fit — easier to maneuver near Veterans Memorial Stadium on game days, and less expensive than a full charter bus. For groups of 40 or more, a charter bus makes sense: undercarriage storage for tailgate gear, onboard restrooms, and enough seats that nobody's squeezing in.
Either way, the bus drops your group at the stadium's commercial vehicle approach rather than the overflow lots that can be a quarter-mile or more from the gate. Call 318-888-0670 and tell them your headcount and tailgate plans; they'll match you to the right vehicle.
Can I get a one-way trip from Jackson to New Orleans or Memphis?
Yes. One-way trips, round-trips, and multi-day packages are all available through the network. Jackson sits roughly 180 miles from New Orleans via I-55 and about 210 miles from Memphis via I-55 North — both are common charter bus routes for groups making the trip for concerts, sporting events, or weekend getaways.
Multi-day packages are available for trips that require the bus to stage overnight. Call 318-888-0670 to discuss itinerary and pricing for long-distance trips out of Jackson.
Is the Mississippi State Fair a busy booking period?
Yes. The Mississippi State Fair runs for 10 days in mid-to-late October at the Fairgrounds on Mississippi Street, overlapping with JSU Homecoming and early college football playoff conversations. That combination makes October one of the busiest months for charter bus demand in the Jackson metro.
If your group trip falls during the Fair — especially on a Friday or Saturday — book at least 4–6 weeks out to avoid limited availability. Call 318-888-0670 as soon as your date is set.
How far in advance should I book?
For most events in Jackson, 4–6 weeks of lead time is workable. For high-demand periods — JSU Homecoming weekend in October, Mississippi State Fair, prom season (April–May), and New Year's Eve — book 3–6 months out. Prom is the tightest window: high schools across Hinds, Madison, and Rankin counties hold proms in a compressed 4–6 week span, and buses that fit prom-size groups (15–30 passengers) sell out quickly.
For prom, book by January. The earlier you call, the more vehicle options you'll have and the better the rate. Call 318-888-0670 as soon as your date is confirmed.
Popular Jackson Party Bus Destinations
Jackson's event calendar runs from Fondren's art crawls to JSU game days to the Mississippi State Fair — and a party bus makes the logistics of any of them far less stressful. Here are six destinations where groups consistently find a bus to be the smarter call over driving separately.

Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium
Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium (2531 N State St, Jackson, MS 39216) is one of the largest stadiums in the Deep South at 60,492 capacity, and Jackson State University home games — especially Homecoming in October — regularly approach sellout figures. On-site lots along North State Street fill by early afternoon on major game days, with overflow directed to the Fairgrounds lots on Mississippi Street, which adds a half-mile walk each way. Commercial vehicle drop-off uses the stadium's service approach on the north side of the complex.
A charter bus from the hotel district means your group arrives together, gets dropped close to the gate, and has a confirmed pickup point when the game ends instead of a scattered search across a packed parking footprint. Check the JSU Athletics site for game-day parking advisories before your visit. Phone: (601) 979-2522.

Mississippi Coliseum
Mississippi Coliseum (1207 Mississippi St, Jackson, MS 39202) seats approximately 8,000 for concerts and sits on the Fairgrounds campus shared with Mississippi State Fair operations. When a major concert lands the same October weekend as the Fair — which happens — the parking crunch on Mississippi Street and surrounding residential blocks is significant. The Coliseum's primary lot off High Street fills before most shows, and street parking in the Belhaven neighborhood to the east is permit-restricted in sections.
A bus rental for a Jackson Coliseum concert means drop-off at the main entrance, a staging spot nearby, and no post-show scramble through a dark, crowded lot. Visit the Mississippi State Fair site for Fair-period schedule conflicts and parking maps. Phone: (601) 961-4000.

Mississippi Children's Museum
Mississippi Children's Museum (2145 Museum Blvd, Jackson, MS 39202) opened in 2010 and has grown into one of the most visited family destinations in the state, with interactive galleries across 42,000 square feet focused on literacy, health, and Mississippi heritage. The Museum Boulevard campus was designed with group arrival in mind — there is a dedicated loop for bus and van drop-off adjacent to the main entrance, and the parking lot accommodates oversized vehicles without the tight-quarter maneuvering that older downtown venues require. For school groups, scout troops, or large family reunion outings, a charter bus with overhead storage keeps backpacks and lunch bags organized for the ride and makes the return pickup straightforward.
Admission prices and group rates are listed at the museum's official site. Phone: (601) 981-5469.

Thalia Mara Hall
Thalia Mara Hall (255 E Pascagoula St, Jackson, MS 39201) is Jackson's premier performing arts venue — a 2,040-seat hall that hosts the USA International Ballet Competition every four years, as well as the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra's main season and touring Broadway productions. It sits in the heart of Downtown Jackson, where surface lots on Pascagoula and Lamar Street fill quickly on performance nights, and the nearest parking garage on Commerce Street adds a two-block walk. On nights when a touring Broadway production is at capacity — common for Thalia Mara's biggest draws — rideshare pickup queues on Pascagoula Street can back up for 20–30 minutes after curtain call.
A minibus for your theater group drops everyone at the Pascagoula Street entrance and has a confirmed pickup window when the show breaks. Check Thalia Mara Hall's event calendar for current programming. Phone: (601) 960-1537.

Mississippi Museum of Natural Science
Mississippi Museum of Natural Science (2148 Riverside Dr, Jackson, MS 39202) is operated by the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks and sits within LeFleur's Bluff State Park — a 305-acre park along the Pearl River that includes nature trails, a disc golf course, and a small lake. The museum itself features 73 aquarium tanks with native Mississippi fish and reptiles, plus 100,000 square feet of natural history exhibits. Riverside Drive access from I-55 can get congested during peak school field trip season in April and May, and the museum's parking lot, while adequate for passenger vehicles, benefits from pre-coordination for buses.
Charter bus groups should contact the museum in advance about oversized vehicle staging. Admission and group rates are posted at the museum's official page. Phone: (601) 576-6000.

Fondren District
The Fondren District anchored along Old Canton Road, Duling Avenue, and Fondren Place is Jackson's most walkable entertainment neighborhood — a compact stretch of independently owned restaurants, bars, boutiques, and galleries that draws the heaviest foot traffic on Friday and Saturday nights. Parking in Fondren is notoriously thin: the small surface lots behind the main commercial strip fill early, residential blocks on Duling and Meadowbrook prohibit overnight parking, and on nights when Duling Hall (622 Duling Ave) has a sold-out show, the overflow situation gets genuinely chaotic. A party bus staging on Old Canton Road while your group moves between stops is a far simpler arrangement than hunting for a new spot at every bar.
Fondren Art Walk, held monthly, turns the district pedestrian-heavy and makes driving even less practical. For Fondren nights, a 15- to 25-passenger party bus is the right fit — nimble enough for the neighborhood, roomy enough for a real group.
